A Note from Dorothy...

Thank you for visiting my webpage.  This is the first stop in your journey to financing your new home.  

I have been helping people finance their homes all over Texas since 1993 and I still love what I do!  Although I have over 30 years' experience in residential mortgage lending, I also sold Real Estate in Austin, Texas for over 10 years before I became a loan officer in 1993. This experience gives me an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of a transaction, which has come in very handy when serving my clients.   

I partnered with Edge Home Finance, LLC in 2023 because I realized that I would be able to offer more loan programs and more competitive rates to my clients.  I can help you with financing for a new purchase or a refinance.  We offer FHA, VA, Conventional, and Jumbo Loans.  Need a niche product?  We have those too!  I strive to ensure that our clients have access to the best possible options for their financing needs, allowing them to make informed decisions about their financial future.
