Edge Home Finance is a national mortgage broker with offices in almost all 50 states in the U.S. The corporate office is based in Minnetonka, Minnesota. Each branch is independently operated.

The main difference between mortgage brokers and mortgage bankers is transparency. Because they are regulated differently, mortgage bankers (banks and correspondent lenders) are able to hide some of their fees. When you work with a mortgage broker, there aren't any secrets - you are able to see everything.
Mortgage brokers are almost always able to do everything a mortgage banker can do - for less money. We can close quickly when needed and we almost always have the same loan programs that banks do. (Sometimes banks don't have access to the same loan programs that we do!)
